White Phoenix Academy of Martial Arts is a "Family Style" of the Chinese Arts.  A Family Style is one that utilizes materials from one or more systems but interprets the movements using a methodology unique to that "Family." 

Our training includes: kicking, punching, trapping, grappling (sweeps, joint locks, throws), weapons, phisical and chi development.
